Soak all daal for 1 hr then wash n remove water.. Add clean 3 cup water n allow to cook.. when its start boiling add tomatoes,green chillies,salt,cumin powder n turmeric powder mix n cover the lid.. cook until daal tender..

Now remove from flame allow to cool then grind it.. again on low flame add loki,daal masala n chicken powder cook till loki tender.. Now in another pan add onion n garlic when brown add remaining tarka ingredients n cook for a min..

Now dish out ur daal.. pour this tarka n sprinkle some coriander leaves.. mix.. serve with zeera rice
