Ingredients

  1. 1 packetsNoodles -
  2. Vegetables like Capsicum, Carrot, Green Onion, Cabbage
  3. 1 spoonChili Garlic paste -
  4. 2mid size of sliced Onions
  5. Soya, red chilli, sezwan sauce, white pepper
  6. 1/2 table spoonAjinomoto -
  7. Salt - As per the taste

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan, Add the chilli Garlic paste, saute, add sliced onions and saute for 2- 3 minutes. Then add all other vegies and stir fry them for around 2-3 minutes, add 1/2 table spoon of ajinomoto mix well. Add the boiled noodles and soya sauce and red chilli sauce, sezwan sauce, white pepper if you want more them spicy,.. add salt as per your taste, Mix well and toss the noodles and serve hot by garnishing them with chopped green onions.
