    Ak pan me 3 cup oil dalen sath hi sabit garam masala teez patta zeera dal dein or onion paste dal kar medium heat par bhun lein jab piyaz ka colour pink hojaye to sare spice Or lahsan adrak dal kar 5 minutes bhun lein or phr 1 glass pani dal kar 15 minutes bhun lein jab masala bhun jaye or oil uper ajaye to paya dal kar 5 mints mix karen or paya ka pani dal kar 15 minutes medium heat par dhank kar pakayen

    15 minutes baad nali or hara dhania hari mirch adrak dal kar 5 minutes ke liye low flame par dam par rakh jab oil uper ajaye to serving dish me nikal kar hara dhania hari mirch or adrak se garnish karen mazedar paye garam garam naan ke sath serve karen
