For Dough making. Mix sugar in lukewarm water, add yeast, cover the bowl & keep for 10 minutes unstirred.mix Maida, salt, together make a well in between and add oil. Then add yeast water slowly and knead the dough using palm.when soft smooth dough is kneaded, place in a deep bowl, covered & leave to rise for 2 hours.

Take out dough which should be raised and doubled in size.punch it with finger.spread some dry maida and roll round pizza bread with moderate thickness according to baking pan.Grease the pan with oil & dry maida.gently spread the rolled pizza bread /dough on pan. Prick with fork or knife. It is ready for topping

For sauce preperation, blanch tomatoes till their skin peels out. Blend these to smooth paste. Take oil in a pan, fry ginger paste.add chilli sauce, ketchup, salt fry then add tomato paste and cook till it thickens.

For Topping preparation. Take oil in a pan, add mince, fry it till changes colour. Add gingr garlic paste, curd, lal mirch, salt, haldi, bhoonofy then cover & cook on medium heat till done. Cut vegies in rings and mushroom in slice.

Assembling of Pizza. Spread pizza sauce on pizza bread. Spread mince topping. Spread vegie rings, mushroom slices and on top cover with shredded mozzarella cheese. Preheat oven at 180°.bake it for 20-25 min.when toothpick comes out clean. It is ready Give upper heat for 5-7 minutes and cheese will melt. Enjoy Hot Mincy Pizza
