Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread pizza crust out on baking sheet. Top with generous amount of pizza sauce followed by pepperonis in a single layer and then cheese. (I doubled recipe).

Using kitchen scissors cut strips along both sides of pizza dough.

Fold strips together over top of pizza and gently push together.

Combine melted butter and seasonings and brush generously over top.

Baked 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Cut into single serve strips with pizza cutter and serve with additional pizza sauce if desired. Enjoy!

This pizza dough is not prepared or cooked in a traditional way, but it is the best homemade dough recipe that I've been able to come up with. It's also a nice cross between two competing pizza philosophies, namely Chicago-style deep dish and New York-style thin crust. It's versatile in the sense it is great for any topping choice, and although it won't be your favorite pizza crust of all time, it will hopefully be the favorite one you've ever made at home.

You can use any toppings even taco meat and cheese and crushed Doritos! Any pizza toppings or veggies work too! Took me about 30 minutes from start to finish to prepare and bake! Cost me about $8 to make and made about 8-10 mice slices. Kids loved it as well and leftovers can be put in the fridge.

This is a basic Pizza recipe using our special Pizza Dough.The best thing about this dough is that it is so tasty and yet so simple. You just add your favorite herbs inside the mix and that’s it, all you need to do is to follow the rest of the recipe which is the similar as a regular Pizza Dough recipe.If you are going to cook the pizza at the grill.
