Ingredients

  1. 250 gatta flour- whole meal flour brown
  2. 70 gicing sugar or 45 grams brown sugar and 25 grams icing sugar
  3. 150 gmargarine
  4. 1/2 tablespoonsbaking powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1/2 teaspoonginger
  7. 40 mlmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.Put all your dry ingredients in a bowl and sift

    Add margarine and rub in to the flour

  3. 3

    Next make a well at the center and add milk

  4. 4

    Knead to form a soft dough

  5. 5

    Divide the dough into two place one dough on top of a parchment paper place another sheet of parchment on top and roll the dough.make it thick

    Cut it with a circular object you can use a glass or a container

  7. 7

    Remove the circles carefully and place them in a greased pan with parchment paper

  8. 8

    Use a skewer or stick to make holes

  9. 9

    Bake for 15 minutes
