Ingredients

  1. 1 cupleft over rajma masala
  2. 3bread slices
  3. 12fresh mint leaves
  4. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  5. 3medium potatoes boiled, peeled, mashed
  6. 1medium onion chopped
  7. as neededgreen chutney
  8. as neededtomato sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Strain the gravy from the rajma masala and put the rajma into a blender.

    Add broken bread slices, fresh mint leaves, salt, red chilli powder and blend.

    Place mashed potatoes in a bowl and add the rajma mixture to it and mix well. Add onion and mix well.

    Heat sufficient oil in a non stick pan, shape the mixture into equal sized tikki and shallow fry, turning sides, till evenlydone and crisp on both sides.

    Serve hot with green chutney, tomato sauce
