For making tikki

Mash the rajma along with boiled mashed potatoes, red chili powder, jeera powder, garam masala, green chili paste garlic paste ginger paste and besan.

Grease your palms with oil and take small portions of the rajma patty mixture, flatten them to shape it into a circular disc.

Preheat a skillet on medium heat. Place a few Rajma Aloo Cutlets at a time, drizzle a little at a time and cook the cutlets evenly on both sides until crisp

Keep it aside

For making tacos
Take bowl add atta and make soft dough using beetroot puree as required keep it aside for 5 min. - 7
Heat tawa.Divide the dough into small ball roll it out to semi thin roti

Cook roti from both sides on tawa just semi cooked

Preheat oven at 200 C for 10 min.

Drape the taco on the baking grill rack. They will spread over two rows of the grill rack. Once you have arranged all the tacos in the grill rack place them in the oven.

Bake for 7 to 10 minutes until you see the taco are crispy and lightly browned

Once done, remove the Hard Taco Shells from the oven and allow it to cool completely. The Taco Shells will continue to harden while it cools down.

Assembling
Take taco shell spread mayonnaise tomato sauce veg salad cutlet and sprinkle seasoning. - 14
Serve immediately
