  1. 1/2 bowlshell pasta
  2. 1 tbspbutter
  3. 1 tspoil
  4. 1/2onion chopped into long slices
  5. 1/4red bell pepper chopped into thick julienne
  6. 1/4yellow bell pepper chopped into thick julienne
  7. 1/4green bell pepper chopped into thick julienne
  8. 2 tbsppasta sauce
  9. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  10. 2 tbspcheese spread
  11. 2 tbsptomato ketchup
  12. 1/4 cupmilk
  13. 1/2 tbspchilli flakes
  14. 1/2 tbspmixed herbs
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. 3-4 tbspchopped spring onion's green part

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the pasta as per instructions on the pack.

    In a pan add butter and oil and heat it.

  3. 3

    Add the onions and cook till pinkish.

  4. 4

    Now add all the three coloured bell peppers and cook for some time.

  5. 5

    Now add pasta sauce, mayonnaise, milk and cheese spread to it and mix well.

    Add chilli flakes, mixed herbs and salt to the pan.

  7. 7

    Cook for 1-2 minutes and add pasta to it.

  8. 8

    Cover and cook for 3-5 minutes.

  9. 9

    Add chopped spring onions and serve hot.
