  1. 1 cupPeanuts (Ground nuts)
  2. 1/4 cupMilk Powder
  3. 1 tspcardamom powder
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1/2 cupwater
  6. 1/4 cupghee
  7. 1 pinchyellow food colour
  8. 50 gmsCashew and almond powder

    Firstly take a pan roast the peanuts few minutes in low flame. Do not burn it.

    After transfer to the mixer and grind it smooth paste. Also grind the nuts to smooth powder.

    Next sieve this peanut powder with the help of sieved, repeat this process until remaining grinded Peanuts.

    Further add milk powder and grinded almond and cashews powder into Peanut powder.

    Next in the pan add water and sugar make a syrup.additionally add cardamom powder boil and stir well till it becomes one string consistency.

    Now add Peanut mixture stir continuously for 3 to 5 minutes. add pinch of yellow food colour and 1/4 cup Ghee mix well. Then off the flame.

    Immediately start to knead the smooth dough. Wear polythene cover to hands. Because it's too hot.so. Do not over cool it, and while it is hot start to make balls. Prepare desire size of all ladoo's

    Now Peanut dry fruits ladoo is ready. Store in airtight glass container.
