Leftover Pav Bhaji Parantha Leftover Pav Bhaji Parantha
#leftoverfoodDuring one of those evenings where we keep opening and closing the fridge to see if there is anything to eat, my eyes fell on the leftover Pav bhaji kept in fridge. Unfortunately we were out of Pavs. Hence, decided to have bhaji with chapatti. As I was about to knead the dough for chapatti, I got a spontaneous idea of kneading the dough using pav bhaji instead of water. The outcome was really good and was loved by everyone including friends of my little sister, who were at our home for play date. #leftoverfood Dipika Bagaria.
