  1. Halfkilo beef
  2. 1 cupYoghurt
  3. Shan Qorma masala sachet 1
  4. 2 tbspG.G paste
  5. Onion slice 2 medium size
  6. Coriander leaves for garnishing

    Heat oil, fry onion till golden brown. Take on plate and keep aside.

    Now, in remaining oil, add beef and G.G paste and cook for 5 minutes. Add Shan Qorma masala sachet and water 3 glass and cover with lid to beef get tenderize.

    As beef done, add yoghurt and cook for another 5 minutes. Add golden brown fried onion and cook for 10 minutes. Ready to serve. Serve with garnish coriander leaves.
