Ingredients

  1. 10-15podina/mint leaves
  2. 1 cupcorriander leaves
  3. 4-5green chillies
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1/2tspn Pani Puri masala
  6. 1/2tspn black salt
  7. 1tspn chat masala
  8. 1 pinchasefetida
  9. 1tspn roasted cumin powder
  10. 2lemon juice
  11. 1tspn red chilli powder
  12. Raita bundi (optional)
  13. 1 inchginger

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixer jar put coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt, red chilli powder, ginger, green chillies with 1/4 cup water and blend into a very smooth mixture..

    Transfer this mixture in a big bowl and add all the remaining ingredients nicely..

    Spicy golgappe Ka paani ki ready..
