Podapitha is a traditional Odia cuisine. This is a type of cake. Generally, two types of podapitha are prepared in Odisha. One is janta podapitha which is made out of rice and the other one is this type. But didn't prepare this in the traditional way. I just bake it to make a cake shape. This is a delicious cake made out of rice and urad dal.
