    Oil mein Curry patta dal kar garam karen phir piyaz daal kar light brown kar lein

    Adrak lehsan ka paste dal kar bhunlen

    Phir saath hi timatar aur tamam masale daal dein thora sa bhunen bengan ke cube kaat lein

    Aloo bhi cube mein kaat lein aur masale mein shamil kar ke 2 mint bhune

    1/4cup pani dal kar
    halki aanch par galne ke liye chor dein

    Aalu gal jaen to thora sa bhunen aur hara masala dal kar dalden...
