Bowl mein makai ka atta,namak aur neem garam pani ko daal kar mix karein aur apni hathayliyon ka istemal krdy huay ek dough tyar kar lain.

Dough ki 4 small balls bana lain.

Ab ek ball ko sheet py rkhen,aur ungliyon ki madad sy phailaty huay ek gol roti bana lain.

Tawa garam karein aur us py thora sa ghee daalen aur dono sides sy fry kar lain.

Makai ki roti tyar ha.

Please adjust the amount depending on the dough. If the dough is too hard, the chapatis will be hard and dry and not very good.
