Ingredients

  1. 3Potatoes peeled and cut into pieces
  2. 1 cupPeas
  3. 2Onion chopped
  4. 3Tomato pureed
  5. 3 tspOil
  6. 1/4 tspCumin seeds
  7. As per taste Salt
  8. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  9. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  11. As required water

Cooking Instructions

    In a cooker add oil and cumin seeds. Then add onion and cook for three minutes. Then add tomato puree and cook for five minutes. Add spices and mix well. Now add peas and potatoes.mix it. then add water to make gravy. Cover with lid and wait for three whistles. Sabzi is ready. Serve hot with chapati.
