This is bengali style. Ginger Rahu Fish Curry. With few ingredients. I have made this dish. It is spicy and tasty........
Cooking Instructions

Blend green chillies, ginger and tomatoes. Make a fine paste. Keep aside.

Marinate fish with turmeric powder, red chilly powder, mustard oil and salt for 3 minutes. Heat oil in kadai. Once the oil is hot. Fry fish till it become golden brown in both the sides. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate and keep aside.

In the same kadai. Add little mustard oil. Once the oil is hot...Add the panchphoron and 1 dry red chilly. Let it crackle for few minutes. Then add grind paste. Saute it for few minutes. Add fry fish. Mix...it well with masala. Add sufficient water. Cook in slow flame. Till the gravy is thick. Once it is done.

Transfer to a serving dish. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and julienne ginger. Ready to serve.....Garlic Rahu Fish Curry with hot.....Steam Rice.....
