Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchicken cut into cubes
  2. 3 tspperi peri sauce
  3. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  4. 1 tspyougart
  5. 2 tspoil
  6. 2 tspketchup
  7. 4 tspMyonese
  8. 2 tspCream cheese
  9. I cup peeled & cut cucumber
  10. 1 cupboiled corn
  11. Halfcup shredded cabbage
  12. 1 tspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Shawarma wraps

    Marinate 1 cup chicken cubes into 2 tsp peri peri sauce, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, vinegar 1 tsp, 1 tsp yougart gor 30 min..
    In pan add 2 tsp oil add marinated chicken & cook on medium flame.

    Magic sauce:
    2tsp ketchup, 4 tsp Myonese, yougart, 2 tsp cream cheese, 1tsp peri peri sauce mix all & keep aside.

    Salad:
    Cut cucumber into cubes, 1 cup boil corns half cup grated cabbage, 1 tomato add dressing ( 2tsp olive oil+ 1 tsp lemon juice

    Assemble: Toast Shawarma bread on Non stick pan first add chicken then sauce and finally salad
