Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsthin poha
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 1 tspmustard seeds
  4. 4-5curry leaves
  5. 1 pinchasafoetida
  6. 2 tbspraw peanuts
  7. 1/4 cupchopped(carrot,beans)
  8. 1onion chopped
  9. 1tomato
  10. 1green chilli
  11. 1-2whole red chilli
  12. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1/2 tsppowder sugar
  15. To tastesalt
  16. 1/4 tspamchoor powder or lemon juice
  17. Some chopped coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    First, wash the poha in a stainer in running water and keep aside on a bartan so that drain excess water.

    Now, take a kadhai and add oil to heat,add mustard seeds,curry leaves hing and then fry the peanuts.

    Assemble the veggies in plate.now add onion and saute until light brown.then add all veggies and spices.

    When veggies cooked add tomato mix well, then add poha and sugar mix properly for 1-2 minutes. Mix lemon juice. Serve and enjoy colourful poha.
