Ingredients

  1. 1 cupCooked Rice (leftover)
  2. 1 tbspGhee
  3. 1 tspCumin Seeds
  4. 1Bay Leaf
  5. 1/2 inchCinnamon Stick
  6. 1Medium sized Onion Sliced
  7. 1/2 cupFrozen Green Peas
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 2 tbspChopped Fresh Green Coriander Leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up the ghee in pan on low flame. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf and cinnamon stick. Saute for a minute.

    Add sliced onions and cook till it turns translucent. Add green peas and salt. Mix and cook for 2 to 3 mins.

    Add leftover cooked rice. Mix well. Add chopped fresh green coriander leaves. Mix and cook for a minute. Switch off the flame.

    Serve hot or warm with pickle.
