Ingredientes

  1. 4skinlees, boneless chicken breast portions
  2. 8fresh sage leaves
  3. 3 1/2ounces pancetta, thinly sliced
  4. 2tablespoons olive oil
  5. salt and pepper
  6. radicchio salad, to serve

    Lightly pound the chicken with a meat mallet

  2. 2

    Place two of the sage leaves on each portion and season with salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Roll up, wrap in the pancetta slices and secure with toothpicks

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in a skillet, add the roulades and cook, turning frequently, until browned all over

  5. 5

    Cover and cook over low heat for abour 20 minutes, adding 1 tablespoon hot water if neccesary

  6. 6

    Serve with a radicchio salad
