  2. 2 pinchsaffron threads
  3. 4 spoonbasmati rice
  4. 1/3 spoonsaffron powder

    Wash and soak rice for 1/2hour.saok saffron in 2spoon of lukewarm milk.In Pan heat milk. When it, boil then add soak rice. Steel continuously until become a medium thick and become a rice soft. Now add saffron liquid cardamom powder required sugar. Mix well and cook again for 2 to 3 minutes. Dish out the kid and keep in refrigerator. Garnish with some saffron and serve.
