Ingredients

  1. 3 Cupsflour
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 3 Tbspnoil
  4. Water
  5. Extra oil
  6. Flour for rolling and dusting
  7. Samosa fillings

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add flour, salt, oil and mix well add water and form a dough knead it well and allow it to rest for 20minutes.

    Bring out the dough and cut it to equal sizes and use kitchen towel to cover the cuts

    Take 1 sprinkles some flour make a medium round shape keep aside brush the round shape with some oil sprinkle some flour, make other medium round like the first one make like 4

    Use roller, roll on the the 1 dough brush it with some oil, sprinkle some flour and add anothe repeat the same procedure with the remaining dough, make round together to a wide circle round

    Put on stick pan on a low heat, toast the dough from one side for at least 1minute, be careful don't allow the dough to cook

    Gently divide it into two,then divide it again into four

  7. 7

    Use nylon to cover to prevent it from drying

  8. 8

    Repeat all the procedure with the dough remaining

  9. 9

    Prepare thick flour paste then add samosa fillings and fold, apply paste at the edges and fold

  10. 10

    Fry it on a low heat and enjoyyyy
