Crispy Bal wala/ Lacha Paratha

So this is my specialty.. You can call it Lacha paratha or as in Punjab we call it Bal wala Paratha.. It's comes with very nice crispy and obvious layers and goes very well with desi main courses or for making Paratha rolls or Paratha omelette in breakfast.
We also make them in our Sehri in Ramadan Kareem. And an easy handy trick is to make the first step or first half part and refrigerate it after iftar, and when you wake up for sehri, just roll it out and make it instantly. For everyone’s ease I am going give the steps in urdu 🙂
Tip:
For best results use flour not wheat flour..
Happy Ramadan.
