Who miss going to Wakamama 🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♀️. This is one of my favourite dish to order every time I go there. Now I have recipe to share with you.

Ingredients

  1. 1 bagfrozen prawns
  2. 2 piecesfillet salmon sliced into bite-size chunks
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 1medium white onion peeled and sliced into wedges
  5. 1red bell pepper seeds removed, chopped into chunks
  6. 1green bell pepper seeds removed, chopped into chunks
  7. 1 handfulgreen beans
  8. 1/2cauliflower cut into bite size
  9. 1 handfulsnow peas
  10. 2big dry red chilli, roast in oven for 2-3 min and chopped in chunks
  11. 2-3spring onions chopped
  12. 1 clovegarlic (finely chopped)
  13. splashwater optional
  14. Sauce base
  15. 1 tspchilli flakes
  16. 2 tbspsriracha sauce
  17. 2garlic cloves peeled and minced
  18. 1 tbspoil
  19. 4 tbspbrown sugar
  20. 3 tbsplight soy sauce
  21. 2 tbspdark soy sauce
  22. 2 tbspketchup
  23. 1 tbsprice wine vinegar
  24. 1 tbsptamarind paste or lime juice
  25. 1 tbspfish sauce
  26. Pinchground white pepper
  27. Serve with
  28. Boiled jasmine rice or Japanese rice
  29. Some shichimi powder (optional)
  30. 1 tbspmix black and white sesame seeds
  31. Wedges of lime

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all sauce base together

  2. 2

    Medium heat non stick wok or pan, add cooking oil and garlic, add prawns and salmon, let them cook for a few min.

  3. 3

    Add all the vegetable in and stir well, add your sauce and let them cook for another 5-8 min, mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve with rice and sprinkle on top with shichimi powder, sesame seeds and a wedge of lime.

I cooked this last night - yummy! I only had Pok Choy for greens but it was so tasty. The spiciness was just right. No leftovers so it must've been good.
