    Oil garamkar ke usme lehsan adrak paste add karen.bhunain aur phir usme piyaz light brown karen.phir qeema shamil karden.sath me kali mirch, daarchini, elaichi, haldi, dal kar qeema dry karen.

    Phir usme katay hoye tamater shamil kar ke bhunain.

    Phir isme salt, kati adrak aur hari mirchen add kar ke bhunain. itni dair bhunain ke pani khushk ho jaye.

    Oil uppar ajaye to samjh jayen qeema ready hai.koylay ki dhooni deden.
