Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgram flour
  2. Water as u required
  3. 1 pinchbaking soda
  4. 1/4 tbspsalt
  5. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tbspcumin seeds
  7. 2medium size potato cut into slices
  8. 3 cupsoil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take the gram flour in a bowl and slowly add water to make a smooth paste

  2. 2

    The batter should neither be too thick nor too thin

  3. 3

    Add cumin seeds, red chilli powder,salt and mix it well

  4. 4

    Wash the potatoes and cut the them into thin round slices add the potato slices to the mixture and mix it well

  5. 5

    Take a deep frying pan and pour oil

  6. 6

    Let the oil heat for a while and when u feel the oil is hot enough,dunk the slices one by one and as soon potato slices turn golden yellow in colour

  7. 7

    Take them out and put them on a plate

  8. 8

    Delicious aloo pakora is ready to serve with raita❤
