  1. 1/2 cupbesan
  2. 1/2 cupCaster sugar
  3. 1 tea spoonsalt
  4. 1 tea spoonbaking soda
  5. 3 cupspure yogurt
  6. Oil for fry

    Take besan in a bowl, add salt & soda in it & mix well.

    Take yogurt, mix sugar in it beat it well.

  3. 3

    Fry besan pakora to golden colour & pour into warm water until soft.

  4. 4

    Mix pakoras in sweeten yogurt & enjoy with chaat msala
