Ingredients

15 minutes
4 persons
  1. 6samosa patti cut into 4 pieces each
  2. 2potato medium size
  3. 4-5 tbsptamarind pulp
  4. Pinchtatri
  5. Salt as ur taste
  6. 3green chillies
  7. 1/2crush red chillies
  8. 1/2 tsproasted cumin seeds
  9. 4 tbspflour
  10. 2 tbspwater
  11. Oil for fry

    Mix flour and water in a small bowl to make a thick paste. AND set a side..

    Fold empty samosa Patti into a triangular shape using the sticky flour mixture to glue it shut.

    Now for chutney. Blend boil mashed potatoes with salt,red chilli, green chillies, Chinese salt,Tatri, imli pulp, cumin powder, food colour and warm water into paste.

    See consistency. It should not be very thick. Add more water of needed.

    Then fry mini samosa into medium hot oil and serves with tangy yummy potato chutney.
