Ingredients

total time: 30m
  1. 100 gflour
  2. 100 galmond flour
  3. 100 gsoftened butter (not melted)
  4. 100 gsugar
  5. 150 gdark chocolate
  6. salt
  7. vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

total time: 30m
  1. 1

In a bowl mix butter and sugar until you have a soft cream

  2. 2

Add flour, almond flour, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt and knead. **if the dough is too dry you can use a little bit of egg yolk to keep it together**

  3. 3

Shape many spheres without adding any flour.

  4. 4

The cookies have to be flat on one side, so just put your finger over them and press a little bit.

  5. 5

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 160°C

  6. 6

Let the cookies cool. Then place half of them upside-down

  7. 7

Melt chocolate and put 1/2 teaspoon of it on each cookie. Let it cool for a couple of minutes and 'seal' the cookie with its upper part.

  8. 8

Wait for the chocolate to cool completely and turn solid before moving the cookies

  9. 9

    Buon appetito!
