Ingredients

  1. 350 gall purpose flour
  2. 2 tbspinstant yeast
  3. 100 gsugar
  4. 2 tbspfreshly ground Cardamon
  5. 100 gvegetable oil
  6. 1whole fresh coconut
  7. 3 tbspCooking oil (plus more for frying)

Cooking Instructions

    Break the coconut and place the edible pieces in a blender. add 2 cups of water and blend it.

    Strain the blended coconut, add 2 more cups water and strain for a second time. (I used my tui at this point)

    Roll out the balls and divide them into quarters

    Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them till they puff and have a nice golden color

    Place in an underlined container...

    Serve and enjoy
