Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsemolina
  2. 1/2 cupchopped vegetable (onion,capsicum,tomato)
  3. To tastesalt and red chilli powder
  4. 1 tspeno fruit salt
  5. 1 cupcurd
  6. As neededoil
  7. As neededwater

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan add 2 tsp oil saute 2 mint all vegetable and keep aside.

    Now take a bowl add semolina, curd and vegetable (sauted)mix well.

    Add salt and red chilli powder and mix well.

    Now add little water and make a thick batter.

  5. 5

    Now add eno and mix well.

  6. 6

    Heat appe pan and Grease with oil.

  7. 7

    Add batter and cook on low flame on both side till golden colour.

  8. 8

    Serve with sauce or chutney.
