Ingredients

  1. Ingredients for 3-4 chillas
  2. 1 cupbesan/gram flour
  3. 1onion
  4. 1tomato
  5. 1green chilli
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. As neededWater
  8. As neededDesi ghee
  9. To tasteRed chilli
  10. 1/2 tspAjwain/carom seeds
  11. 1/2 tspChat masala
  12. 1 tspChilli flakes
  13. 1 tspOregano
  14. 1/2 tspkasturi methi
  15. 1/4 tspamchoor(dry mango) powder

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly chop 1 onion,1 tomato and 1 green chilli...now take 1 bowl,add 1 katori besan,1/2 tsp ajwain,salt,red chilli,chat masala,chilli flakes,organeo,kasoori methi.,1/4 tsp amchoor powder..and mix it properly

    Now add chppped veggies and add water slowly slowly to avoid lumps and make a batter....just remember one thing batter must not be very thick

    Now put desi ghee on tawa...and put the batter on tawa and make a round shape...apply desi ghee and now cook another side by applying desi ghee

    Serve the chilla in a plate and apply desi ghee on it...serve it with ketchup and your favourite pickle...u can also serve it with curd..as your kids choice
