Here it is my Poke (Poh-Keh) result after our Cookpad Zoom Kitchen Poke bowl making session. It was such a fun session creating your own healthy poke bowl. I went for a healthy version using healthy style dress to marinate my salmon.

Poke bowl - California style 🥗

Ingredients

  1. 1 piecefresh salmon (you can use smoked or time salmon), cur up to big cubes
  2. 1/2avocado (thinly slices)
  3. 1carrot, thinly peeled
  4. 2-3radishes
  5. 213tomatoes (halves)
  6. 5-6grapes, halves
  7. 1/2 cuppomegranate
  8. 1/4mango, thin slices
  9. Handfulpea shoots
  10. Some seaweed (I use seaweed sheet and roasted in low heat oven for 5 min)
  11. 1 cupcooked sushi rice
  12. California style dressing
  13. 2 tbspfinely diced shallots
  14. 2 tbsplight soysauce
  15. 1 tbsprice wine vinegar
  16. 2 tbspgrated ginger
  17. 1 tspsesame oil
  18. 1 tspsesame seeds
  19. Sriracha sauce (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate salmon with the dressing for 10 min.

  2. 2

    Place your rice on your serving bowl to make the base then arrange your vegetable and fruits nicely. Add your marinate salmon on top. You can top them up with seaweed, sesame seed, salt and pepper.
