Ingredients

  1. 700 gmBeef Mince
  2. 200 gmsplit chickpeas
  3. 2onions
  4. 15 gmginger
  5. 5garlic cloves
  6. 8whole red chilli
  7. Salt (As needed)
  8. 1 tbspwhole cumin
  9. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  10. 1 tbspwhole black pepper
  11. 5cloves
  12. 2black cardamom
  13. 3 cupwater
  14. 2eggs
  15. 4/5green chilies
  16. Kisan cooking oil(for frying)
  17. 10 gmgreen coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Add Beef Mince in a Bowl. Add Split Chickpeas (soaked), 1 medium Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Whole Red Chilli, Salt, Whole Cumin, Coriander Powder, Whole Black Pepper, Cloves, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon Powder, Water and cook it for 30-35 Minutes.

    Now Add this prepared Beef Mince in a Grinder and Grind it well.

    Now take this grinded Mince in a bowl then add Green Chilli,1 medium chopped Onion, Green Coriander, 1 Egg and mix it well.

    Now make Shami Kababs from this prepared Mixture.

    Add Kisan Cooking Oil in a pan. let it some warm.

    Now dip Shami Kababs in Egg and shallow fry them.
