Ingredients

  1. 1 cupself rising flour (flour + 11/2tsp b. powder)
  2. 1/2 cupwarm milk/ 190g plain yoghurt
  3. For the glaze
  4. 1/2 tspCocoa powder
  5. 4 tbspIcing sugar
  6. 1 tbspmelted Butter
  7. 2tbspMilk

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl, combine self rising flour with warm milk. Do not add sugar. Don't add more flour if its sticky. Mix well. Put in a piping bag with a nozzle. Ran out of piping bag so I made mine using macaroni pack. Set aside

    Place a pot on heat, add oil for deep frying. Pipe the dough into the oil while cutting with a scissors. Keep stirring to achieve even fry.

    Strain from the oil when golden, divide into two set aside. Make the glaze by mixing icing sugar, melted butter & milk. Add more milk if u want very runny consistency.

    Pour the first batch into the glaze. Stir & strain. Set aside. Using the leftover glaze, add cocoa powder to it do same for the second batch & strain.
