Cooking Instructions

Take all vegetables in a bowl mix well.

Now add gram flour and rice flour. Mix very well.

Add schezwan chutney, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, asafetida, and carom seed.

Now add water, mix well. It should be thick. So that fritters can made.

Heat oil in a wok, and add fritter. Fry it till golden brown.

Our fritters are ready to serve.

I was scrolling through YouTube and there I came across this lovely recipe which includes unripe mangoes (kacha aam) to give a healthy twist to our regular rice.We, here in the North, do not relish rice this way, so it was pretty new flavour for my family. The raw mango gives tangy taste to the rice whereas assorted dals and peanuts give it a crunch, a tantalizing aroma and interesting mouth feel.You can savour it with side dishes like ginger chutney or curd.
