Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupGram Flour
  2. 1/2 cupRice Flour
  3. 1/2 cup Grated Potatoes
  4. 1/2 cup Grated Carrot
  5. 1/2 cupRaw Mango Grated
  6. 1 cup Grated Raw Papaya
  7. 1/2 cupChopped Onion
  8. 1/2 cupGreen Chopped Coriander
  9. 1 tbspSchezwan Chutney
  10. 1/4 tsphing/asafoetida
  11. 1/4 tspCarom Seeds
  12. 1 tspRed Chilli Powder
  13. 1 tspTurmeric Powder
  14. To tasteSalt
  15. as neededWater
  16. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take all vegetables in a bowl mix well.

  2. 2

    Now add gram flour and rice flour. Mix very well.

  3. 3

    Add schezwan chutney, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, asafetida, and carom seed.

  4. 4

    Now add water, mix well. It should be thick. So that fritters can made.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in a wok, and add fritter. Fry it till golden brown.

  6. 6

    Our fritters are ready to serve.
