Ingredients

  1. 200 gcabbage
  2. 2large carrots
  3. 1large onion
  4. 1large tomato
  5. 1green bell pepper
  6. 1green chili
  7. salt and pepper
  8. 2 tbspvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Do a proper mis en place

  2. 2

    In a heated sufuria, saute the onions

  3. 3

    Add in the tomatoes, season and let cook to a paste

  4. 4

    Add in the bell pepper and the chili. mix.

  5. 5

    Add in the carrots and mix

  6. 6

    Add in the cabbages and give a good mix

  7. 7

    Taste for seasoning before removing from the heat

  8. 8

    Serve
