  1. 150gms each Small potatoes and brinjals,1 cupbesan flour,salt,sugar,1tbs garm masala,1tbs coriander powder,1/2 મોટી ચમચી haldi powder,1 મોટી ચમચી red chilli powder, 50 gms garlic paste
  2. Oil 3-4 મોટી ચમચી

રાંધવાની સૂચનાઓ

30-35 mins

    Besan flour, chilli powder, coriander powder,haldi,sugar,salt,garam masala, garlic paste,2tbs oil mix well... masala ready

    Small potatoes and brinjals split (cut)at middle part fill with masala

  3. 3

    Put steamer on gas... steamer fill with water... arrange all potatoes and brinjals on it...steam it for 20-25 mins... check with toothpick

  4. 4

    If u want than heat 2 મોટી ચમચી oil...add this steam masala potatoes and brinjals...stir it.(If not than u can just mash potatoes and brinjals and add some raw oil on it)

    Ready
