উপকরণ

  1. Rice 1 bowl
  2. Soyabean 3/4th bowl
  3. Ghee
  4. 1tomato
  5. 1onion
  6. 4-5curry leaves
  7. 3green chillies
  8. 1capsicum
  9. 1big spring onion
  10. 20-25ground nuts
  11. Chopped coriender leaves
  12. 1pan
  13. Vegetable oil
  14. Cucumber
  15. Beet root
  16. Kalonji

রান্নার নির্দেশ সমূহ

  1. 1

    Firstly boiled soya chunks in hot water. Added some salt into it.

  2. 2

    Then added turmeric powder in to it. Then took one pressure cooker & cooked rice 85%.

  3. 3

    Boiled soya chunks are look like that. Took another pan & add 2 tablespoon ghee. Fried ground nuts.

    Then fried cumin seeds & mustard. Then added curry leaves & chopped onions till the golden brown colour came.

    Added chopped capsicum & mixed those.Rice cooked 85% & added cold water to make rice crispy.

    Added chopped tomatoes & fried till colour change.

    Added turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, jeera masala, coriender masala.

    Filter water from boiled soya chunks & added with the fried vegetables.

    Added rice & stirred it nicely.After some time added ground nuts with it.

    Finally Proteinaceous Soya rice is ready to serve.

    I have decorated & garnished. Gave a shape like Kitty.
