Cooking Instructions

Firstly...take 2 medium size onion..peel and cut the onion into slices..now take ginger garlic onion and green chillies in a grinder...and grind to a fine smooth paste

Now cut carrot beans and paneer... chopped Cashews...and keep ready other ingredients as well

Now heat a pan with 1-2 TSP oil and fry the paneer with little bit of salt...till it reaches to golden brown...keep it aside

Again heat 4 TSP oil and add garam masala...then add cashews...fry it for 2 minutes..then add chopped veggies...fry it for 5 minutes...add little bit salt....and keep Frying it for 2 minutes more

Now it's tym to add paste in the veggies...add it and fry it for 10 minutes...now add all spices...and a little amount of salt...and fry it for 10- 15 minutes

When you see..your masala is ready...add your washed rice into it and keep stirring it for 5 minutes...(note - you don't have the keep your rice in water...only you have to wash your rice and then just mix it in your gravy)

Now after 5 minutes....add 4 cup water in 2 cup of rice(keep the flame high)...and wait for a boil in water...as soon as you will notice that the water starts boiling...add salt and paneer cubes..mix it..and move your flame in last low..cover the pan with lid...and cook it for 15 minutes in low flame..keep checking in between

And after 15 minutes...your rice is ready to serve with curd...garnish it with coriander leaves and lemon

Note - please always add water in double the quantity of rice...a correct measurements always make good food...
