Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbasmati rice
  2. 3 tbspoil
  3. 1 tspCumin seeds
  4. Curry leaves 4 to 6
  5. Pinchasafoetida
  6. 1 tbspPeas
  7. Cauliflower roughly chopped half cup
  8. Carrot dice half cup
  9. 1small pototo roughly chopped
  10. 2 tbspFrench beans finely chopped
  11. 1capsicum roughly chopped
  12. 1onion finely chopped
  13. 1Tomato finely chopped
  14. Paneer pieces 10 to 12
  15. 1 tspTurmeric
  16. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  17. 1 tspDhania powder
  18. 1 tspPudina chutney
  19. Salt as per taste
  20. 1 tbspBiryani pulav masala
  21. 1 tspAmchur powder
  22. 1 tbspfinely chopped coriander for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Soak rice before 30 minutes.
    Then cook it on medium flame 90%.
    Drain out excess water from it and dry it completely.
    Now microwave all veggies except onion, tomato,paneer and capsicum for 15 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan.
    Add cumin seeds to it.
    Then add curry leaves to it.
    Sprinkle pinch of asafoetida to it.
    Now add onion and capsicum to it.
    Saute it till onion becomes golden brown in colour.
    Then add all veggies to it.
    Add all above-mentioned ingredients to it and mix it well.
    Saute it well.

    Now add rice to it and mix it well.
    Cook it for 2 minutes on low flame.
    Sprinkle coriander on it and serve it with Raita and papad.
