  1. 150 gmsBasmati rice
  2. 2 spoonsGhee
  3. 2Onions
  4. 2Green chillies
  5. 1 spoonGinger garlic paste
  6. 50 gmsCarrot
  7. 50 gmsGreen peas
  8. 50 gmsBeans
  9. 1Bay leaf.
  10. 2Kirambu
  11. 2cardamoms
  12. as requiredCoriander leaves
  13. as requiredMint leaves

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes

    Wash basmati rice and soak for 30 minutes. Cut veggies into small pieces. Cut mint and coriander leaves.

    Cut 1 Onion. In a cooker add ghee and masala items wait till it splitters. Add Onion fry till transparent.

    Add Green chilli and ginger garlic paste and fry it. Add coriander leaves and mint leaves.

  4. 4

    Add basmati rice fry it. Add veggies fry it. Add 300 ml of water. Keep it for 1 high and 1 sim whistle.
