Eggless Nutella Stuffed Cookies

These are perfect soft cookie with nutella in the centre.
Cooking Instructions

Cream butter and sugar together. Add vanilla essence to it

To this add milk and mix well

Combine flour, baking powder & baking soda

Add the flour mixture to the butter sugar mixture

Combine it. Add the chocolate chips and chill this mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Place 1 tsp each of nutella dollops on a baking paper and freeze it for minimum 30 minutes.

After 30 mins, divide the cookie dough into 6, place a piece of frozen nutella in the centre of each cookie and roll it.

Flatten it slightly.

Place cookie on a baking plate or any plate that can fit in your kadhai.

In a Kadhai, add salt and place a stand. The stand should have a height of at least 1 inch.

Pre heat the kadhai, place the cookie plate and cook on low flame for 15 to 18 minutes. Do not over bake these.

You can also bake these at 180 degrees C for 12 to 15 minutes.

Cool the cookies on a wire rack and once they come to room temperature they will become firm.
