Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgram flour
  2. 4Bread slices
  3. 1 tspgarlic paste
  4. 2 tspgreen chilli paste
  5. To tastesalt
  6. 2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 2 tspcoriander powder
  8. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  9. 1 cupwater
  10. 1 cupoil
  11. 1 pinchfruit salt(Eno)

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add gram flour, garlic paste, green chili paste, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala.

    Add water and make a batter.

    Heat oil in a pan.

  4. 4

    Add fruit salt in a batter and mix well.

  5. 5

    Cut bread slice and deep in to batter.

  6. 6

    Put in to hot oil and fry till golden brown.

  7. 7

    Serve hot with chili green chutney.
