Cooking Instructions

Wash and pressure cook dal.

Add all spices in cooked dal, add fresh green spices also.

Mix everything well and add water about 3 cups and turn on the heat and keep it on the flame and let it boil.

Add garlic chutney. Let it cook and boil on slow flame for 7-10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Lastly add lemon juice and turn off the heat after 2-3 minutes.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot with meals. You can replace garlic chutney with crushed garlic cloves.
