Coconut chutney
Cooking Instructions

Take chopped coconut and all chutney ingredients with needed water in a small grinder jar.

Now Grind it very well and make a smooth paste (Add more water if required) then Pour the chutney in a bowl.

Tempering for chutney-

In a small pan or a tadka pan, heat 1tsp oil on low flame, then add mustard seeds and cumin seeds let them begin to crackle.

Add 1 dry red chilli and curry leaves, then stir it well and fry for a couple of seconds and switch off the flame immediately.

Now pour the entire tempering on the coconut chutney in the bowl and mix it well.

Ready to serve.
