Ingredients

  1. 500 gramcheese
  2. 3onions
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 7-8 clovesgarlic
  5. 1 inch Ginger
  6. 10cashew
  7. 2cloves
  8. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  9. 3Cardamom
  10. 1/2 tspCoriander
  11. as neededMalai / cream
  12. stickCinnamon little
  13. as per tasteSalt
  14. as per tasteRed chilli powder
  15. As neededGaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and heat the oil

    Put cumin.. Coriander.. Black pepper.. Cashew.. Cardamom.. Little saute them.. Dn put roughly chopped onions and tomatoes.. Garlic and ginger and saute it until bcme little brown... After dt add little water and saute it and cvr it for 5-10 min.. Dn off the gas

    After it cooling down all batter.. Beat it in grinder.. And make a smooth batter

    Again heat the oil in pan.. Put one bay leaf and dry red chilli and add batter.. Saute it for 10 min and dn mix all spices.. Red chilli powder.. Salt.. Kasuri methi.. Black pepper powder.. Pinch of turmeric powder.. Again saute it

    Dn add cream/ malai and little part of milk.. You can add more milk if want thin gravy.. And add pinch of sugar for sweetness..

    And nw add cheese cut in cube sizes.... We cn fry cheese for 1 min for crispy taste as per choice.. Add garam masala..

    Ready for serve.. Garnishing with cream..

    Also serve with green chutney and onions..
