Cooking Instructions

First wash bhindi with excess water and wipe it well with a smooth and soft kitchen towel.

Then remove it's head and tail of the lad's finger. We will cut it through from the centre into two halves.

Next remove the seeds from the top with the help of a knife.

Now marinate it will all dry ingredients except chaat masala and salt. Chaat masala we will sprinkle at last.

Now turn on the gas flame and place a kadhai and pour oil, wait for it to hot. Now add salt to the mix of bhindi and immediately fry it in hot Oil and on high flame. Just sprinkle over the oil. Just with the help of a spatula just stir it. It will took 2 mins.

Bring it out to a plate arrange there tissue paper so that it will soak excess oil. Repet the same process in making other Bhindi. Then turn off the gas and serve it hot with Tea or Coffee and enjoy.
